When is the wedding?

Our wedding weekend takes place over May 23-26, with the ceremony starting on Sunday, May 24 at 3 PM.

When is the reception?

We have decided to have a weekend-long camping trip within an old growth forest as our reception. A traditional reception will occur after the ceremony on Sunday, but all are invited to join for camping on-site throughout the weekend. As on site ammenities are limited, we will be polling interest in camping in the RSVP's

Are there on-site accommodations?

We have on-site accommodations for those of you planning to stay with us at the venue for all or part of the weekend. Please review Trout Creek's accommodation options. If you stay on site, we will assign accommodations to you, no need to do any booking on your own!

There are multiple showers and flushing lavatories available as well.

If you plan on staying on site, please indicate so on your RSVP card so we can get a space assigned for you. If you would prefer to stay off-site, we will have information available soon on a hotel block near the Portland airport, as well as transportation options to get to and from the venue on the day of the ceremony.

Staying off-site

If you would prefer to stay off-site from the venue, there are rooms available at the Radisson Hotel Portland Airport. Booking discount available for the "Smith Johnson" wedding
